In August 2024 the club came under new ownership — long-time manager Brandon Colt and partner Brandon Garva — and the operation has been resetting since. The after-hours license that Spin was historically known for was lost in 2023 and restored in November 2024 at a 4am Saturday close, making Spin one of the few SD clubs with extended-hours licensing in 2026. The new owners have brought in a world-class audio engineer to rebuild the sound system, so any specific sound spec is a moving target.
